Cedrine, the owner of the online pastry shop Les Delices De Patience, asked me to enhance her e-commerce website to better align with her brand image.
Cedrine reached out to me when she wanted to update her website to make it more attractive and comprehensive. I also handle the maintenance now.
Cedrine runs most of her business on her own, managing everything while also baking at the same time. She doesn't have time to manage the online side of the business.
A better homepage
I enhanced the homepage by adding an Instagram plugin and client logos.
Creation of a sales funnel
Every step of the payment process, from the product page to the checkout/payment page, had to be reviewed to ensure it runs smoothly.
Creation of new product pages
I created additional product pages based on her best-selling items and added new service pages, such as for cooking classes
Website maintenance
The next step is to check the website weekly to ensure there are no bugs in the payment process.
